From the initial design service to the final installation we use our 40 years of experience in the kitchen industry to delivery exceptional project management, customer service and ultimately our clients dream kitchen. Read on to learn about the process.

INITIAL
CONSULTATION

Following your initial visit to our studio where we showcase our kitchen displays, present the latest colour trends and materials and talk through your requirements we will arrange a home visit at a time convenient to you. Everyone leads busy lives these days so we are happy to arrange home visits outside of business hours.

Alternatively, we can also work from architects plans if the project is an extension, involves building work or is a complete new build.

DESIGN WORK

Following the initial consultation and home visit we then input the room dimensions into our award winning computer design software to start the design process.

 

The computer design software we use enables us to produce kitchen plans, elevations, 3D images and well as photo-realistic images which helps customers visualise how their finished kitchen will look.

PRESENTATION

Once your kitchen designs are ready, we will arrange a meeting in our kitchen studio to put forward our proposals.

​

Presentations involve the first viewing of your new kitchen design along with door samples and worktop materials to help you visualise your colour scheme.

 

We present our designs alongside our initial quotation to ensure we are continually on the same page when it comes to your specifications and requirements.

 

We will discuss appliance brands and models and note down any further details to be included in the design.

INSTALLATION

Once the time comes to install the kitchen, your furniture will be delivered to site and our business owner will be there from day one with our experienced team to oversee the installation.
